Dan did an excellent job of remodelling our downstairs cloakroom. This included new flooring, built-in furnature, all plumbing and tiling. He really made the most of the limited space and we’re really happy with the end result.

Excellent throughout. Dan came up with a brilliant idea to solve my ensuite problem. Carried out all the work done himself – plastering, plumbing and electrical work, tiling- to a high standard. Was so pleased with the ensuite we had him back to do the main bathroom which had it’s own problems – floorboards, uneven walls. Kept us informed throughout the process. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Dan has now installed a new kitchen, new bathroom and put down LVT flooring to the dining room and lounge. His absolute attention to detail and ability to execute the job to our complete satisfaction are what differentiates him from many other trades people. This is why we have him back to do other work and have no desire to look elsewhere. The photos show kitchen (note: plastered walls were down to myself to paint) and new bathroom all completed to an exceptional high standard.

Dan Fletcher has worked for us on several projects (excellent work or he would not have been asked back). He did a major job in 2015 completely removing and refitting our main bathroom and downstairs cloakroom as well as establishing a new en suite for our Master Bedroom. In 2018 he fitted our our utility room, all plumbing and electrical work as well as units. He was also commissioned to re-do., our Kitchen and this was completed in a timely manner and to high standards. Following lock-down we had Dan back to remove an old fireplace and make good by fitting a new fire and then completely renewing the flooring in the Dining Room and Lounge. All done with minimum mess and a great clean up after each days work. He is reliable and concientious and we find cost-effective.

Really pleased with our new bathroom, Dan arrived on time and worked tirelessly every day. Our old bathroom was stripped back to brick, and he put right any unexpected problems. Great Quality of work for a fair price. No hesitation in recommending.

Dan turned our en suite into a wet room earlier in the year which we were very pleased with. This time he completely revamped our family bathroom making a fabulous job. He always turns up on time and cleans up daily. We can’t fault him and I would strongly recommend him.

If I could give Dan 10 stars, I would. Dan gutted my old bathroom and fitted me a new one. Always on time, letting me know what was being done that day. VERY tidy, you would never have known he had been there. VERY precise in everything he did. It’s always a bit of a worry when you let a complete stranger into your home for two weeks – I need not have worried, Dan was pleasant and funny – I even loved his singing by the end of the two weeks. Dan has worked on a number of projects for us including a complete renovation of our bathroom which needed to be taken back to bare brick before being transformed into an amazing bathroom. Dan is absolutely amazing at what he does! I’ve had a complete kitchen refurbishment, down stairs cloakroom, 2 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms refurbishments. Dan installed our new kitchen about a year ago to a very high standard. We decided we wanted the same floor tiling to run from the kitchen into the adjoining dining room. We now have a seamless transition between these 2 spaces. Dan worked hard on floor preparation to achieve a flat level floor (no mean feat!) before the tiles were installed and the end result clearly justifies the effort he put in. We are delighted.

Dan re-tiled the shower and fitted a new tray, door and electric shower. Process was all very easy from initial quote to finished work.

The works completed was a full bathroom removal and replacement, in March 2021. Dan provided an excellent service, transforming our dreary bathroom in an old property into a stunning yet practical room in a complete renovation. He worked really hard over the course of the project, completing all stages to an exacting standard, with great attention to detail. He offered good advice on certain aspects such as the choice of radiator and flooring. The site was left clean and safe at the end of each day, with adjacent rooms protected from any damage. Dan is polite and hardworking, he has done loads of work for us, it has been done to a high standard, very pleased with his work.

We first came across Dan when he fitted a kitchen, bathroom, shower room and cloakroom for a family member. His attention to detail and quality of workmanship stood out clearly and we decided we wanted no-one else. Our own kitchen refurbishment involved plumbing, significant plastering, electrical work, new flooring and of course kitchen fitting. From design to completion Dan implemented the solution with care and attention to detail, always keeping us involved with any decisions on the way. Will definitely have Dan back for more work soon.

We were recommended by a friend and asked Dan to quote for our kitchen refit. Dan spent a lot of time and effort showing us options on doors, sinks, flooring etc which made the whole process very easy. Dan made some suggestions which saved us money in the long run which was very much apprciated. We agreed a start date and Dan turned up on time with all the materials ready to go and completed the job without ” I won’t be back tomorrow as I’ve just got to finish another job” excuse we’ve had from many other trades people. Dan kept the disruption to an absolute minimum and always left us in the evening with a working kitchen. The finished kitchen is exactly as we wanted …we know the workmanship we wanted was high, but I’m very pleased to say Dan’s standards were even higher than ours! The job was completed on time and we got exactly what we paid for. We’re now looking at a new bathroom and will ask Dan back to do the job along with recommending him to friends and family.

What a find Dan Fletcher is. His refurbishment of our kitchen far exceeds what we expected and we are delighted with it. He has a high standard of work, with neatness and attention to detail. Dan has done a lot of work for us over the last 18 months. He always turns up on time, is polite and tidies up after himself. He thoroughly discusses all the work you need doing with you, providing a written schedule and timescale. He will offer helpful suggestions if asked. If problems occur along the way they are flagged up with you and then solved. Nothing is to much trouble. Dans work is of the highest standard, no shortcuts.

Dan has done a lot of work for us over the years I have always found him to be honest practical and a superb craftsman a bit of a perfectionist. He can turn his hand to most things from laying a floor to a full fit out of a kitchen and bathroom. I have used this company on three different occasions: – to gut and change a bathroom into a wet room 2015. – to gut and update the downstairs toilet 2017. – to install a little kitchen area in a bedroom 2019. I have been extremely pleased with the standard and finish of the work. We were kept informed from the design stage, catalogues showing the materials to be used and a comprehensive quote. Dan is a true professional. He is polite, honest and trustworthy. The first job he did for us we just gave him the house keys and went away on holiday. On our return the wet room was completed and all rubbish cleared. He has a good sense of humour and I had no hesitation in recommending him to friends and colleagues who have used him for various projects. They have all been extremely pleased with the high standard of work.
